Investing in Property

Real Estate has been and always will be a lucrative investment. Property development is basically the buying of land and/or property, making improvements whether big or small and selling it on for a profit.

Obviously, the amount you initially invest will determine how big a profit you make. Building properties on land has a very high profit margin as does completing major renovation work on a run down property, whereas a quick fix and redecorating will give you a faster turnaround, but less money at the end.

Before you invest in land or property, you need to decide what you are looking to gain. Obviously a profit will be the main incentive, but if you are looking for a long-term sustainable income, investing in land will be much more beneficial whereas if you are looking to make quick bucks before moving on to your next property, finding a cheap house with potential will be the best advice. Here at Planet Earth Property Development, we can help you every step of the way.

Many people who have recently come into some money look to property development as a way to increase their savings rather than a full time career option. There are many properties available all across the world which are ready and waiting for someone to invest in. Our website has a full list of properties available in a number of countries and cities worldwide. We also have a number of different plots of land available in some of the most up and coming parts of the world which are perfect for big money investors to buy and develop.

At the end of the day, the fundamental aspect of property investment is to buy low and sell high. In order to do this, it is vital that you find the right property. There is no point in buying something at a very high price to spend a lot of money renovating it only to find that you have to sell it at a loss.

Limiting the risk factor is the key element. Before you buy, you need to decide exactly what you want to do. If time and money are a factor, you may want to buy somewhere which is structurally sound but needs decorating. Minor improvements can significantly increase the value of a property without you having to invest in architects, planners and builders.

You may have slightly more money to play around with in which case you could look into the option of converting a property. This often involves buying a house and turning it into flats. You need to make sure that you have the budget to do this and the time to spend overseeing the project if you are an individual investor.

If it is land you are after, we have many plots available which are ideal for converting into homes and businesses although you can not commit to this if you are on a tight budget. Buying and developing land sees the biggest investment, but also the biggest profit at the end.

Regardless of what or how you are looking to develop, investing in property has a number of benefits which you don’t see with other investments. These include:

¨      A fast turnaround and high profit margin. People will always want and need to buy a house so buy buying in the right area; you will not fail to make money.

¨      You will have access to much more finance because once you have completed your first couple of development projects, you can approach you bank and ask for your properties to be re-mortgaged should you need to. Banks will usually lend up to 80 per cent of their retail value when completed.

¨      If you buy to rent, you will be able to charge higher rental rates once it has been renovated – regardless for how much you bought the house for.

¨      Investing in property is a secure way to make money. Buy choosing the right site, you will not fail to succeed.

If you have money and are looking to invest in property, contact us and start looking towards that end result today!

Siam Developments - The Vineyard
Siam Developments The Vineyard Pattaya

BravoThai Lifestyles.co.ltd is a group of successful developers with vast experience in the holiday accommodation and real estate market in Thailand and the UK.

Our impressive resumé includes work with Galliard Homes, A.D.L. Construction, Bovis, National House Building Corp, Crestwear Construction and also involvement in developments such as Papermill Wharf, Burrell's Wharf, Thames Circle in the Docklands, the Old G.L.C building and County Hall opposite the Houses of Parliament.

Our current project - 'The Vineyard' in Pattaya, Thailand is an environment that will allow the owners to live in their villa and enjoy the benefits of a lifestyle in the tropics with an easier pace of life, or simply use it as an investment opportunity.

Each of the homes sits on over 800 sq. metres (approx ½ Rai) and offers the owner beautiful landscaped gardens of 500 sq. metres, a 54 sq. metre ' L' shaped swimming pool surrounding the lounge and a roof top Sala.

Internal living area is aprox 190 sqm or 254 sqm with a breathtaking tropical roof garden with BBQ area, affording stunning views of both the outstanding landscaped garden and surrounding tropical coconut plantations.

Another benefit is that all villas will be supplied not only with government water but also fresh well water. To ensure privacy there is a 2 metre high perimeter wall encircling each home.

Every property benefits from wonderfully spacious and well lit rooms fitted with air conditioners. However, with a design that facilitates thorough circulation of natural air throughout the entire property, the demand for air conditioners is lessened, which greatly reduces the electrical costs.

All floors are ceramic tiled and all walls are double block work, rendered and finished with a painted surface.

Living in the tropics obviously means hot days and nights, which is why each of 'The Vineyards' homes benefit from having double skin walls and roof which are insulated thereby keeping your home cool day and night.

Using only the finest quality materials and local craftsmen under European supervision, it guarantees your new home is built to the best possible standards.

All villas will have state of the art security which will include alarmed windows and doors plus external sensor lights. Extra security packages are available at minimal cost.

The Vineyard represents the best 'value for money' development on the Eastern Seaboard.

Phase One almost sold out.
Phase Two beginning 2008.

Thailand overview

Thailand is also known as the land of smiles and once you have spent some time here, you will understand why. The Thais are among some of the friendliest people in the world and are very proud of their cultural heritage and Royal family, so it is important to always show respect when discussing these matters.

It experiences a tropical climate with different areas experiencing different temperatures at different times of the year. One thing should be remembered however and that is that it is always hot and the sun usually always shines.

Along with their culture and history, Buddhism also plays an important role in every life in Thailand. Buddhist symbolism can be seen wherever you are in the country and regardless of whether it is an intricately detailed temple, a spirit house or a shrine, the influence of Buddhism is clear for all to see. The people are also influenced by their Buddhist beliefs and this in part is why they are such a welcoming and accepting nation. However as a people, they also like to party and relish in any festival celebrated throughout the year.

There are three major tourist destinations in Thailand. These include the capital of Bangkok and its surrounding areas, the southern islands and coastline and the north of the country, in particular, Chiang Mai. Each separate area offers something different for the traveller. Bangkok is home to some of the country’s most important historical monuments and of course the best shopping, whereas northern Thailand is where to head to experience jungle treks and an introduction to the hill tribes.

However, most people come on holiday to Thailand to enjoy the beaches and the sunshine and where better to do this than on an idyllic island in the south. Two of the more popular destinations are Phuket and Samui.
